Aroma oils are mostly diluted with a synthetics or chemicals. Their only purpose is for aroma or fragrance.

The essential oils can be used for skin care, hair care, mental wellness, bath, and aroma diffusion at home/office or anywhere. They can be used for focus and concentration – Studies show rosemary increases memory retention by 5-7% when used for aroma diffusion. They can used for stress relief and sleep – Studies have shown aroma diffusion of Lavender oil helps reduce cortisol levels (associated with stress) if consistently used. They can be used to help reduce dandruff, hair loss. They can be used to help with skin concerns. They can be used for a refreshing bath, or simply for pleasant aroma.
Aroma diffusion and mental wellness:
Add 3-5 drops of oil in an aroma diffuser for diffusion in the room. Alternatively, one can apply few drops in a wet ball of cotton or at the back of the pillow and sleep. This can also be used with diffuser lockets/ jewellery
Skin:
Add a few drops (2-3 drops) to a carrier base/oil (example aloe vera gel, almond oil, jojoba oil etc) and apply on the skin.
Recommended 2% dilution ratio. This can be applied twice a day , consistently.
Note: Photo-toxic oils like bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, orange should not be applied before 12 hours before going into the sun.
Hair:
Mix several drops of oil with olive or coconut oil, and apply it to your scalp. Leave it in for at least 10 minutes before washing it out with shampoo. For lemongrass /tea tree , you can Mix a few drops into your shampoo or conditioner daily, and make sure it’s massaged into your scalp.
Bath:
Add 3-4 drops of oil in your bath after dilution with carrier oil. Most oils apart from cinnamon etc can be used in the bath.
Inhalation:
Add 2-3 drops of oil in hot water for steam. Eucalyptus , peppermint, rosemary, geranium, tea tree, cinnamon etc can be used for inhalation.
